Golf NXS is software for running a golf lesson business: booking, scheduling, swing video, drills and reminders. These are the questions coaches ask most, from the free trial and pricing to how booking works for your students.

Most coaches are fully set up within 30 minutes: profile, availability, lesson types, and your public booking page. You can start accepting bookings as soon as you are set up.
No. Golf NXS is built for golf coaches, not engineers. If you can send an email or use social media, you can use Golf NXS.
No. Golf NXS runs in the web browser on any computer, tablet or phone, so there is nothing for you or your students to download. Do your setup on a computer, then run your teaching days from your phone. Students book from your link without creating an account.
Yes. Import your student list by CSV during onboarding, so you do not have to re-type everyone.
Starter is $30/mo and Pro is $50/mo. Both start with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to begin.
No. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. You only add payment if you decide to continue.
After 14 days you can choose Starter ($30/mo) or Pro ($50/mo). If you do not add a card, the account simply pauses, with no surprise charges.
Choose Cancel subscription in Settings, under Subscription. That stops your plan renewing, and it keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. The Subscription Agreement also asks for notice to end it: 10 days' notice on a monthly plan, and written notice at least 30 days before the year ends on a yearly plan (section 6.1). Notices under the agreement go by email (section 11.1), so give yours by emailing support@golfnxs.com. There is no cancellation fee.
Starter covers everything a solo coach needs: up to 50 students, booking, scheduling, card payments, video analysis, the drill library, and reminders. Pro adds up to 500 students, more video and storage, custom branding, an embeddable booking widget, and group and recurring lessons.
Connect your own Stripe account, new or existing, under Settings > Online Payments. Then you can send a student a pay link for a lesson, or sell prepaid lesson packages and monthly or yearly memberships from your booking page. Students pay by card on Stripe's checkout page and the money goes to your Stripe account. You can still take cash, Venmo, or Zelle and mark the lesson paid. Card payments are included on both plans.
No. Golf NXS charges no platform fee and takes no cut of what your students pay you. Your subscription is the only thing you pay us. Stripe charges its standard processing fees on each card payment, taken in your own Stripe account.
Students visit your booking page, pick a lesson type and an available time, and enter their contact info. The booking drops into your calendar and you get notified.
Yes. Your booking page is open around the clock, and students can only book the times you have made available.
No. Students book without creating an account or password. They just pick a time and enter their contact info.
Yes. You can turn on email and SMS confirmations and reminders, and once you enable them they send automatically before each lesson.
Yes. Set up lesson types with different durations and prices, like a 30-minute private, a 60-minute lesson, a group clinic, or a playing lesson.
Every student has a profile with your notes, their lesson history, and their progress over time, so you always pick up where you left off.
Yes. Upload a swing, draw lines and angles on it, record a voice-over, and share the marked-up clip with your student by link.
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send. The link expires after one hour.
Yes. In Settings, under Data & Privacy, Get my data downloads your students, lessons, notes, payments and settings in one file. You can also download it from the page you see if your account is locked, and while an account you asked us to delete is waiting to be removed (Subscription Agreement, section 6.2.5).
No. We never sell or rent your personal information. See our Privacy Policy at golfnxs.com/privacy for details.
Your coach shares a booking link (like golfnxs.com/book/coachname). Open it, pick a lesson type and time, and enter your contact info. You will get a confirmation.
If your coach takes card payments, they can send you a link to pay for a lesson, and you may be able to buy a lesson package or a membership on their booking page. You pay by card on Stripe's checkout page, with no account needed. Otherwise, pay your coach directly the way they ask.
If your coach has reminders turned on, you will get an email or text before your lesson. Just provide a valid email and/or phone number when you book.
No. You can book without an account. Just pick a time and enter your contact info.
